OSHA-aligned VR safety and operations simulations — all included with every seat. Each module runs fully offline on your headsets with built-in performance scoring, certification tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
Sit-Down Simulator
Train sit-down counterbalance operators in safe-to-fail simulations. Covers pre-operation inspection, load handling, traveling, pedestrian awareness, ramps & grades, and emergency procedures. Runs on standard VR controllers or the optional physical wheel and pedals. Stand-up, pallet jack and cage training is in Battery Warehouse Forklifts.
Schedule a Demo →Logistics Training
The DOT pre-trip inspection a driver has to complete before an 18-wheeler moves. Trainees walk the full rig — engine compartment, belts and hoses, fluid levels and leaks, lights and reflectors, tires, wheels and rims, suspension, and the fifth wheel, kingpin and air and electrical lines — then run the air brake test series. Defects are written up on the DVIR and an unsafe rig stays off the road.
Schedule a Demo →P.A.S.S. Technique
Trainees tour a worksite identifying Class A, B, and C fire hazards. After a fire breaks out, they pull the alarm, select the correct extinguisher, and fight the fire using proper P.A.S.S. technique — maintaining safe distance and correct spraying form.
Schedule a Demo →Energy Isolation
Workers practice the complete lockout/tagout sequence for controlling hazardous energy on industrial machinery. Identify energy sources, shut down equipment, apply lockout devices, and verify zero energy state. Mistakes trigger realistic consequences.
Schedule a Demo →Entrant + Attendant
Permit-required confined space entry training. Teams practice atmospheric monitoring, entry permits, rescue procedures, and communication protocols. Both entrant and attendant roles trained in separate scenarios.
Schedule a Demo →Climbing Simulator
Hazard identification at elevation, harness inspection and donning, anchor point selection, and climbing simulator. Workers experience consequences of incorrect harness use in a safe virtual environment.
Schedule a Demo →Interactive Walkthrough
Interactive facility walkthrough where trainees identify and tag workplace hazards against the clock. Covers electrical, chemical, ergonomic, and physical hazards with progressive difficulty and real-time scoring.
Schedule a Demo →OSHA Big 4 / Site Safety
Guided and unguided facility walkthroughs to identify, categorize, and correct workplace hazards. Covers the Fatal Four — caught-in-between, electrocution, fall, and striking hazards — plus HAZCOM standard symbols.
Schedule a Demo →Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials identification, GHS labeling system, Safety Data Sheet interpretation, and emergency spill response. Multi-player scenario available for team-based hazmat response training.
Schedule a Demo →Pallet Jack / Standing / Cage
Specialized forklift operations for battery warehouse environments — pallet jack, standing, and cage variants. Covers unique hazards and operating procedures for each vehicle type.
Schedule a Demo →Stand-Up Console Module
The stand-up forklift module built for the Stand-Up Forklift Controls console. Trainees drive from a true standing posture with both VR controllers seated in the console: steering and throttle come from the physical controls, and lift, tilt and side-shift run from the right controller’s joystick. A quick sweep calibration at the start of each session matches the simulation to the console. The module switches on for your teams when you add the console.
Schedule a Demo →Emergency Response
Emergency response procedures for downed power line scenarios. Covers safe distances, vehicle escape procedures, shuffle step technique, and public safety protocols for municipal and utility workers.
Schedule a Demo →Musculoskeletal Prevention
Proper lifting techniques, workstation setup, repetitive motion awareness, and musculoskeletal injury prevention. Interactive VR scenarios teach body mechanics for common industrial tasks.
Schedule a Demo →PPE & Machine Guarding
PPE selection for hand protection, pinch-point awareness, machine guarding requirements, and proper glove use for industrial environments.
Schedule a Demo →Walking Surfaces
Hazard identification for walking-working surfaces, housekeeping protocols, and corrective action training in realistic industrial environments.
Schedule a Demo →Passenger Vehicles
Passenger vehicle operation training including defensive driving techniques, hazard recognition, pre-trip inspection procedures, and emergency maneuvers.
Schedule a Demo →Renewable Energy Safety
Safety procedures for solar field installation and maintenance — fall protection at elevation, arc flash awareness, electrical isolation, and emergency procedures specific to photovoltaic operations.
Schedule a Demo →Agricultural
Grain bin entry hazards, engulfment prevention, lockout procedures, and rescue operations. Simulates progressive dangers and proper rescue team coordination.
Schedule a Demo →Physical Hardware
Purpose-built physical controls that pair with VR forklift modules for maximum muscle memory. Not required — all modules work with standard VR controllers.
COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT SIMULATOR
Steering wheel sized for counterbalance forklifts plus accelerator and brake pedals with realistic resistance. Mounts to standard desk or included chair frame.

Custom Development
The library covers the hazards every site shares. When the job is specific to your equipment, procedures or facility, we build the training around it. Here is a sample of custom apps we have built.
Machine-specific LOTO apps for a bottling plant’s labeler and filler, built from on-site scans of the real equipment. Trainees follow the plant’s own isolation sequence, lock and tag out, verify zero energy and restore the line. A companion app teaches when full lockout applies versus a lesser intervention mode, across four common job scenarios.
Full 3D recreations of generating-station control rooms, built screen by screen from each plant’s own procedures and photos. Operators run a unit start-up from a clipboard checklist through boiler, turbine, rolling and synchronization steps, filling sign-off logs and making radio and dispatcher calls. Three plants to date; the newest, covering gas-turbine start-up and shutdown, is in development.
Trains field technicians to install and verify on-board cameras, antennas and compute hardware on a full-size transit bus. Six lessons run from the pre-inspection walkaround to diagnostics, using working tools: a two-handed torque wrench, a clicking ratchet and a drill with a pilot-hole check. It ends in a 60-step timed challenge with no prompts.
An SOP-driven simulator of an aluminum-extrusion stretcher station, modeled from a LiDAR and photogrammetry scan of the plant floor. A virtual instructor walks operators through recipe loading, aligning parts in the jaws, temperature and paint-mark checks, weld-line inspection and part marking, then a challenge mode tests them. Online pre- and post-quizzes bracket the VR session.
A scanned, half-million-square-foot manufacturing plant with seven of the site’s own industrial truck types modeled inside it. New operators learn the facility in VR before they drive the real floor, using the sit-down wheel and pedals or the stand-up console.
A digital twin of a working metals plant, with training modules for production, maintenance and logistics staff, including emergency shutdown. In use since 2021.
Our first fully hand-tracked training: no controllers, just the trainee’s own hands. Health workers put on and take off mask, face shield, gown and gloves in the correct sequence, with instant correction on every mistake. Used to train frontline health workers overseas.
A four-module safety lab for a military technical-training squadron: enclosed-space entry and rescue in a submarine ballast tank in dry dock, fire classification and suppression, tag-out of a failed diesel generator, and fall protection while repairing a crane. A quiz gates each practical, and every mistake costs points.
A submarine control room run entirely by spoken orders. The trainee commands the Chief of the Watch and the helm by voice — raise number two scope, rudder left, steer course one three five — and the simulated crew acknowledges and executes. Built alongside a carrier landing signal officer demo.
Custom work feeds the library. Grain Bin Safety, HAZWOPER and Hand Safety all began as customer builds.
Beyond the Library
One presenter runs the session in VR on a real 3D model. Everyone else joins from the Microsoft Teams tab they already use — no headset required. Pose-based sync moves roughly 1,000× less data than video, so it holds up on plant Wi-Fi.
Upload your own GLB models and train on your equipment instead of generic assets. Workshop runs on headsets, phones and tablets, in AR and mixed reality.
The presenter drives the model in VR. Teams viewers see every angle in real time.
Custom Development & Digital Twins
