New User Guide

Quick Start Guide

Everything you need to unbox, power on, and start VR safety training in minutes. Traditional training teaches information — VR builds habits.

Orientation Video

Watch this short video before your first session. It covers headset basics, navigation, and what to expect from VR safety training.

3-minute orientation — recommended for all new users

Set Up Your Headset in 4 Steps

No IT department needed. Workers can go from unboxing to training in under 5 minutes.

1

Turn It On

Power Up the Headset

Locate the power button on the top-right of the headset. Press and hold it for 2–3 seconds until the indicator light turns on. The headset will boot into the Humulo training environment automatically.

2

Pairing

Pair the Controller

If the controller isn't connected, press and hold the Home button on the controller until it pairs with the headset. The controller LED will stop blinking once connected.

3

Adjust Eye Lenses

Get a Clear Picture

If the display looks blurry, take the headset off and adjust the interpupillary distance (IPD) — push the lenses closer together or further apart until the image is sharp. You can also use the powered adjustment setting in the headset menu.

Tip: Wipe lenses with a microfiber cloth only. Paper towels and regular cloths will scratch the optics.
