What simulations are included?
All of them. The pilot includes our complete library — fire extinguisher, forklift safety, lockout/tagout, confined space, hazard recognition, hand safety, slips/trips/falls, ergonomics, and more. Every title is OSHA-aligned and built for safe-to-fail, mistake-based learning.
Does it need internet?
No. Humulo works fully offline, so training runs anywhere — remote sites, secure facilities, the back corner of the warehouse. Session records sync automatically when a connection is available.
What happens after the 30 days?
If you keep it, the headset is yours and your pilot rolls into a standard deployment — ongoing service is $750 per headset per year, which covers accuracy updates (simulations stay current and OSHA-aligned), your LMS and MDM platforms, cloud hosting, and support. All hardware carries a 12-month warranty. Additional headsets are $2,349 each for the first year. If you don’t keep it, ship it back within 30 days and we refund the full $3,499.
Who sets it up?
Nobody has to. The headset arrives activated and preloaded under your organization’s account. Our team remotely manages updates and is on call to help your first sessions go smoothly.
Is there a catch on the refund?
No. You get 30 days from delivery: every dollar back, including the account activation fee, as long as the equipment comes back in like-new condition. No restocking fee, no retention call. You can buy it before or after a demo; the refund works the same either way.
