Description

The Account Activation Fee is a one-time setup charge applied only to the first headset purchased on a new account. That first headset comes with everything required to get a new customer fully provisioned and running:

• Account creation and setup
• Onboarding and account administration
• Headset imaging and configuration
• Enrollment in remote Mobile Device Management (MDM) for OTA updates, monitoring, and support

This fee is charged a single time, with the first headset on the account. It is never charged again — additional headsets and all future orders are exempt. Refundable on Starter Pilot returns only; non-refundable on standard fleet orders.
